NASAL AUGMENTATION (IMPLANT)

Nose implants are used in nasal reconstruction for correction of aesthetic deformities or nasal obstruction caused by trauma, autoimmune disease, cancer, or infection. A favored implant is one which satisfies and suits the individual's requirements.

ALAR BASE REDUCTION

Alar base reduction is used when the size of the nostrils are disproportionally enlarged relative to the nasal tip and also the position of the eyes. The nostril can be addressed with alar base reduction when the nostril is flared due to a wide nasal base, or the nostril can be narrowed with alar wedge excisions when the nasal base is not particularly wide but the nostrils are large and flare.

DORSAL HUMP NOSE CORRECTION

Dorsal hump excision can be accomplished through a closed or open rhinoplasty technique. The surgical approach chosen depends on the etiology of the nasal hump and other rhinoplasty maneuvers incorporated into the procedure.

IMPLANT REMOVAL (SILICONE)

Nasal implant can be removed. Silicone implants have the least amount of ingrowth from the surrounding tissues and are the easiest implants to remove.

NOSE REVISION SURGERY

Unhappy with your nose job? Revision Rhinoplasty might be of interest. This kind of surgery sends a doctor back in to correct any aesthetic and/or functional issues with your nose.

NASAL AUGMENTATION (RHINOPLASTY)

Rhinoplasty (more commonly referred to as a nose job) is a surgical procedure that reshapes or resizes the nose. It’s performed for a variety of reasons, including a visible bump on the nasal bridge, a nasal tip that’s droopy or enlarged, a nose that is off-center or crooked, or a previous injury that’s made the nose asymmetrical.

LONG NOSE SHORTENING

There are several techniques to shorten a long nose, such as suturing techniques for the nasal tip, shortening the membranous and cartilaginous columella, and rotating the tip upwards. In addition to these techniques, removing a hump at the glabella will lower the start point for the top of the nose, which will also shorten it.

NOSE_07

NOSE TIP PLASTY

Simply means reshaping the nasal tip to improve its appearance. This can involve making the tip narrower, smaller, less bulbous, less boxy, more/less upturned depending on the goals of the surgery.

ALARPLASTY

Alarplasty is a type of nasal surgery, which addresses wider nostrils. While rhinoplasty may alter the overall, general shape of the nose, alarplasty can shrink the size of your nostrils if you are not entirely happy with them.

REMOVAL OF NASAL IMPLANT / SILICONE REMNANTS

To remove a nasal implants, the surgeon has made the incision and go in and pull out gently the implant inside, clean up the cavity and close out the wound and put the tight dressing for the day.

THREADS

One way of lifting and refining the shape of the nose is to use threadlift made from an absorbable material called PDO.

NOSE_11

REMOVAL SILICONE + THREAD

If you want to have thread lift for the nose, you must wait at least for 3 months after removal of silicone implant.
