GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
Dear Valued Customer,
In our effort to be your complete host, we wish to give you our best in both our services and facilities. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you will share with us your grievances or suggestions on ways to improve our medical centre and services in order for us to serve you better in future.
- If you are not satisfied with any of our services, you are welcome to submit your grievance or feedback to us either verbally or in writing.
- Fill in our Grievance Form that is available at our reception counter. Drop it into the suggestion box or submit it to our staff.
- You may contact us at 03-21616133 if you wish to lodge your grievance verbally.
- If the matter is not resolved immediately, your grievance will be referred to the Person in-charge not later than 24 hours. The findings from the investigation conducted will be made known to you within 14 working days.
- The grievance will be considered closed once both parties agreed with the resolution.
- If complainant is not satisfied with the end results, the complainant may refer to the Ministry of Health for further investigation.
